The fine print
You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply.
Please be informed that guests can bring their own linens, blankets and bath towels. Or they can purchase a package with linens, blankets and bath towels for CAD $35.00 per bed.
Early check in (from 2PM)or late check in (7-9PM) is possible upon request in advance , depending on availability, for an additional CAD $49.00After 9 P.M. check in is not available.
Late check out (until 12PM) is possible upon request, depending on availability, for an additional CAD $49.00
A security deposit of CAD $300.00 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable after 5 days check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the property.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Cancellations
Because of our small size, a last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the space.
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing with the notification period starting upon receipt of same.
- Cancellations made 45 or more days in advance: you can elect to apply the full amount of your deposit for each cottage towards a future stay with us (within 1 year) or receive a refund of your deposit less a $75.00 handling/processing fee.
- Cancellations made less than 45 days in advance: no refund, regardless of reason, unless we get the cottage rented for the entire original period, in which case, you get a refund of your deposit less a $75.00 processing fee.
Liability: (The Legal “Stuff”)
The use of all facilities and services of the resort and cottages and those of our partners is at the renter’s risk. By paying, the renter accepts this risk on behalf of themselves and all other members of their party.
Boat & Motor Rental subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Daily rentals apply from 9.00A.M. until 5.00 P.M.
- Half day rentals apply on a last minute availability basis only. Half day would be 9:00am – 1.00 P.M, or 1:00P.M. – 5P.M.
- Priority is given to weekly rentals on all boats.
- Rentals include all Canadian Coast Guard required equipment.
- Renters require a valid Canadian Coast Guard operation card or completion of a rental checklist good only for the rental period. This applies to all operators of the boat.
- A charge of 25% of the daily rate applies if the boat is kept overnight and it must be returned by 8:30am the following morning.
- No shows are charged a one day rental & applicable taxes. Boats are filled with gas & oil when they go out and must be filled upon return.
- The customer is responsible for all cleaning($30.00) &physical damage to the boat/motor. The boat will be inspected by the marina staff upon your return, before you leave.
- No pets allowed and cleaning fees will apply if necessary.($30.00)
